 My name is Cassandra Black, and I am so excited to have you in my class. I live in Charlotte, NC and have taught and worked with students and families for several years. My husband, Vince and I have two sons, Malik and Quadir. Malik and Quadir are recent college graduates. I also have a dog named Precious. 

     I have a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from Winston Salem State University and received my master’s degree in Elementary Education from UNC- Charlotte. I hold a National Board Certification as an Early Childhood Generalist.
