Hi! I am Trekeelia Simon and I am the school counselor at Lesslie Elem. School! Go Hornets!

I am a graduate of Winthrop University with a B.A. in Psychology and a M.Ed. in School Counseling. I am originally from Hartsville, SC. My family and I reside here in Rock Hill. I am married with two children. I enjoy helping others, exercising, serving in my church, traveling, restaurant hopping and spending time with loved ones! I have been a school counselor since 2009 and joined the Lesslie Family in 2013.

The intention of our school counseling comprehensive program is to collaborate with families, staff, and community members to help meet the needs of our students, provide care and support, and enhance the social, emotional, and academic growth of our students.

School Counselors address developmental needs of students and help to remove barriers to learning through classroom counseling lessons, small group counseling, short-term individual counseling, and coordination of services.
