FY 2024-2025 Employee Work Days

Bus drivers, 185 days:  July 29, 2024–May 23, 2025 – will work 5 in-service days from July 29-August 2* and the 180 student days for a total of 185 days.

200 day support employees:  July 24, 2024**-June 3, 2025

220 day support employees:  July 10, 2024**-June 17, 2025

240 day employees:  July 1, 2024-June 30, 2025

*=In-service days for bus drivers may be subject to change

**=Depends on Summer hours (If District is open Friday, then start day will be pushed back one day)

PK-8^th Grade School Employees

185 day employees:  August 1, 2024–May 27, 2025 – Employees will work August 1-2, January 3, March 17, May 27, and the 180 student days unless your supervisor requires you to work different work days.

190 day employees:  August 1, 2024-May 27, 2025

195 day employees:  July 24, 2024**-May 27, 2025

200 day support employees:  July 24, 2024**-June 3, 2025

200 day certified employees:  July 24, 2024**-June 3, 2025

205 day employees:  July 17, 2024**-June 3, 2025

215 day employees:  July 24, 2024**-June 3, 2025 + 15 summer days

220 day employees:  July 10, 2024**-June 17, 2025

9th-12^th Grade School Employees and Non-School Employees

185 day employees:  August 1, 2024–May 27, 2025 – Employees will work August 1-2, January 3, March 17, May 27, and the 180 student days unless your supervisor requires you to work different work days.

190 day employees:  August 1, 2024-May 27, 2025

195 day employees:  July 24, 2024-May 27, 2025

200 day employees:  July 24, 2024-June 3, 2025

210 day employees:  July 17, 2024-June 10, 2025

215 day employees:  July 10, 2024-June 10, 2025

220 day employees:  July 10, 2024-June 17, 2025

224 day employees:  July 3, 2024 –June 17, 2025

All Employees are paid Monthly on the 25th or the Friday before if the 25th falls on a weekend.  The December pay date is the work day before the holiday. (See payroll calendar for dates).

12 month staff will receive their first check in July and last check in June

All other staff less than 12 months will receive their first check in August and last check in July

EMPLOYEE SELF SERVE (ESS)

Pay check stubs can be viewed or printed through Employee Self Serve (ESS) using a secure connection on a computer. (You may not be able to connect using an iPad or MacBook.)  The link will not work on the "Guest" wireless network.
